Alfit-14 is a biologically active food supplement (BAA), a source of inulin, soluble and insoluble dietary fiber, iridoids and flavonoids.

Recommendations for use
Alfit-14 is taken during meals in the form of an infusion prepared from 1 briquette (steam 100 ml of boiling water, then, stirring occasionally, insist for 10 minutes and drink with the sediment).
The recommended dosing regimen for adults: 100 ml of warm infusion in the morning and evening. Duration of the course is 3-4 weeks.
