Job-Kid for adenoids, according to doctors and parents, is one of the most popular drugs. It is based on herbal ingredients, and responses to the application indicate, first of all, harmlessness to the child's body, in particular, due to homeopathic concentrations of active substances. This is important, since conservative treatment for adenoids is a priority, and an adequately selected remedy can relieve the patient of depressing symptoms, slow down or completely stop the hypertrophy of lymphoid tissue.

Job-Malysh is produced in the form of sugar-based granules, which makes it convenient for use in children.

What is the drug

Job-Malysh is a complex homeopathic remedy based on natural herbal ingredients presented in extremely low concentrations. All the ingredients of the drug declared by the manufacturer are well absorbed, do not form toxic intermediate metabolites during decomposition in the body, are easily utilized in the liver and are excreted from the body within a fairly short period.

The composition of the product includes iodine, thuja essential oil, barberry berry extract and steep sap. Let's dwell on the action of each ingredient.

Iodine

Iodine in the Job-Malysh granules performs several tasks: it is the basic structural component of the drug, acts as an antiseptic, has a tonic effect, and also acts as a precursor for the synthesis of thyroid hormones, so necessary for the body. In turn, hormones regulate metabolic processes in tissues, control the rate of basic metabolism, and maintain cell functionality.

Thuja oil

Thuja oil is a natural remedy often used in the treatment of adenoids and chronic rhinitis. The compound rich in natural phytoncides has a pronounced antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory effect, stimulating the immune system for an adequate response and slowing down the proliferation of the lymphoid tissue of the enlarged tonsil. It also has a noticeable antiseptic effect.

Barberry berries

Barberry berries are often used in the fight against sluggish, chronic diseases, which include adenoid vegetation. This is due to a moderate, mild anti-inflammatory effect, as well as antimicrobial and antipyretic effects. Barberry fruits contain vitamin C - a strong antioxidant and an important cofactor of enzymes necessary for the body to function properly. Vitamin C also has a vaso-strengthening effect, thereby helping to reduce tissue edema.

Boneset

Bone sap is known for its systemic anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. In addition, it is also a diuretic, helping to eliminate excess fluid and reduce swelling.

In addition to the active ingredients, Job Baby also contains a neutral, natural and completely soluble filler - sugar crumbs. This gives it high bioavailability and excludes long-term accumulation of the filler in the body.

When Job the Kid Is Appointed

Before taking the drug, you should consult a specialist. In the case of treatment of adenoids, such a doctor is an ENT, who will diagnose before choosing a therapy. The reason for going to the doctor is a lingering runny nose in a child that lasts more than a month and is accompanied by nocturnal wheezing (puffing) or snoring. These are the first signs of a narrowing of the nasal air passages, and it is at this, early stage, that drug therapy of adenoids is most effective.

Symptoms that should alert parents in relation to adenoids of later stages are frequent inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, lethargy or irritability of the child, his constant drowsiness (due to insufficient oxygen supply to the brain, the most dangerous in young children - 3 years and less), tonsillitis.

In the reviews about Job-Malysh with adenoids for children, it is noted that the drug is most effective in the first, less often - the second degree of the disease. For second-degree adenoids, experts recommend supplementing the treatment with Job-Malysh with the intake of pharmacological drugs of different groups for the purpose of complex effects, not being limited to homeopathy as the main therapy. In case of third-degree adenoids, Job-Malysh is usually ineffective, but in some cases it can be included in the complex therapy.

Instructions for Job-Kid with adenoids

It is important to note that the drug Job-Malysh cannot be used to treat children under two years old due to the content of thuja oil in it, which can cause allergic reactions.

The release form of the drug is sugar granules. This form is convenient for transportation and acceptance by children. Granules have a dense structure, but are easy to chew or dissolve. They do not need to be washed down with water, since the absorption of medicinal components occurs in the oral cavity.

How to take Job-Kid with adenoids? The medicine is less absorbed in the acidic environment that forms after eating. In addition, food intake slows down the absorption of active components, so the granules are taken either half an hour before meals, or 3-4 hours after.

Indications for use:

  • adenoid vegetation of the first and second stage, with or without complications;
  • chronic tonsillitis;
  • frequent colds or inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract (used as an immunomodulator);
  • fatigue, drowsiness, weak immunity.

In most cases, the drug is well tolerated, however, like any agent, it can cause allergic reactions in patients with individual intolerance to the components. Therefore, just like any pharmacological agent, it requires agreement with a doctor.

There are also contraindications that must be taken into account:

  • age is less than two to three years - at this age the body's sensitivity to the components of the drug is too high;
  • allergic history;
  • acute inflammatory processes in the body, especially acute diseases of the respiratory tract (sinusitis, rhinitis, etc.);
  • diseases of the thyroid gland - the drug contains iodine, which can change the homeostasis of the thyroid gland and cause unpredictable consequences.

The scheme of taking Job-Malysh for adenoids in children from 3 to 7 years old is as follows: 8-10 granules are taken once a day for 5 days in a row, followed by a break of two days. In children 7-12 years old, the frequency of administration increases to 2 times a day, 10 granules, otherwise the scheme is the same. How many times a day can Job the Kid be applied? No more than two.

Skipping the next dose of the drug is undesirable, but if it is one-time, then it does not have a noticeable effect on the dynamics of treatment. The therapeutic effect of the drug usually appears about a week after the start of administration. Characterized by an increase in the symptoms of the primary disease - adenoids - in this period, this condition is considered normal for a homeopathic remedy. If the patient develops adenoiditis, the appointment is canceled. Subsequently, the treatment can be continued. The course is 2 months, by the end of which the therapeutic effect should already be pronounced. If during this time the drug has not had the proper effect, its further reception is impractical.

The drug is also used for prophylaxis, in this case the course is 6 weeks, during which 4 granules are taken per day 3 days a week, followed by a break of 4 days.

Pharmacies have a wide selection of saline solutions for rinsing the nose

Job-Malysh is most effective either as a means of supportive therapy, or in combination with classic drugs for adenoids. Dr. Komarovsky recommends rinsing the nose with saline regularly throughout the course of treatment. Pharmaceutical saline solutions (saline solution), sprays (Aquamaris, Quicks, No-salt, Aqualor) or solutions with additional elements providing an antiseptic effect, such as Protargol, are suitable for washing. This remedy relieves swelling, disinfects the nasal cavity thanks to active silver ions, and reduces the rate of spread of bacterial infection. For a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, Job-Malysh can be combined with Nasonex - these nasal drops contain glucocorticoids, which relieve inflammation of the mucous membrane, reduce the rate of tissue hypertrophy. There is a need to resort to such powerful means for second degree adenoids.

Reviews about Job-Malysh with adenoids are mostly positive or neutral. There is a convenient form of administration, a small number of contraindications and a noticeable therapeutic effect about a month after administration. However, self-prescribing is not the correct strategy.
