Release form and composition
Dosage form of the drug - collection-powder: grayish-green mixture of heterogeneous particles of rhizomes, roots, stems, leaves and flowers with brown, yellowish-brown, yellow, pinkish-purple, dark green, light green, whitish-yellow and white blotches, with a fragrant smell; the aqueous extract has a sweetish-bitter taste (in 2 g filter bags, in paper bags of 30, 50, 75 or 100 g; in a cardboard box 10 or 20 filter bags, 1 paper bag).
Active substances in the collection:
- licorice root - 10%;
- rhizomes with valerian roots - 15%;
- peppermint leaves - 15%;
- hop seed - 20%;
- motherwort grass - 40%.

The infusion prepared from the collection has an antispasmodic and sedative effect.
Indications for use
- insomnia (sleep disturbances);
- increased nervous irritability;
- hypertensive-type neurocirculatory dystonia (as part of complex treatment).

Instructions for the use of Phytosedan No. 2 (Soothing collection No. 2: method and dosage
Warm infusion prepared from the collection is taken orally 20-30 minutes before meals. Before taking, the liquid is shaken.
To prepare the infusion, 2 filter bags (or 4 g of collecting powder) are placed in an enamel or glass dish, pour 0.1 l of boiling water and cover with a lid. For 15 minutes, the liquid is infused, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, after which they are squeezed out. The resulting infusion is brought with boiled water to the original volume (0.1 l).
The daily dose is half a glass 2 times a day. The duration of therapy is 14-28 days, with a possible repetition of the course as prescribed by the doctor.
Side effects
- dyspeptic disorders: pain in the right hypochondrium and abdomen, diarrhea, nausea, belching;
- allergic reactions;
- exacerbation of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, including biliary dyskinesia, pancreatitis, chronic gastritis.
Overdose
The main symptoms: decreased performance, drowsiness, muscle weakness.
Therapy is symptomatic.
