The use of Physiotens leads to the stimulation of sensory receptors that are involved in tonic and reflex control of the sympathetic nervous system. Activation of these receptors by the drug Physiotens reduces peripheral sympathetic activity and blood pressure. The effectiveness of Physiotensa has been proven in many studies: double-blind, randomized and placebo-controlled.

Indications for the use of Physiotenza
The main indication for the use of Physiotens is the presence of arterial hypertension in the patient.
Mode of application
According to the instructions of Physiotenza, the drug is taken orally, regardless of the time of the meal. Usually Physiotens and its analogues are prescribed in a volume of 200 mcg per day, the maximum allowable dose per day is 600 mcg of the active substance, the maximum possible single dose is 400 mcg.
In case of a possible overdose with Physiotens, which causes headache, drowsiness, and a decrease in blood pressure, it is recommended to restore the volume of circulating blood by introducing fluid and dopamine.
If renal failure is detected in a patient, the daily dose of Physiotenza should be 200 μg, in case of good tolerance, the dose can reach 400 μg.
Side effects of Physiotenza
Physiotens can cause disturbances in the functioning of the central nervous system, quite often it is dizziness, headache, drowsiness, disturbances in the work of the cardiovascular system (excessive decrease in pressure). Dry mouth is also often observed, as a bright representative of a disturbance in the work of the digestive system.

Contraindications

According to the instructions of Physiotenza, the drug should be taken with extreme caution in patients with renal failure and in patients on hemodialysis.
