Teravit is a complex multivitamin preparation with micro- and macroelements.
Release form and composition
Dosage form Teravita - coated tablets: biconvex, oval, with a red-brown sheath, from white to light brown in color with white splashes on the break (30 pcs. In polypropylene bottles, in a cardboard box 1 bottle).
Vitamin content in 1 tablet:
- A (retinol acetate) - 4000 IU;
- A-vitamin-like substance (betacarotene) - 1000 IU;
- E (alpha-tocopherol acetate) 30 IU;
- D 3 (colecalciferol) - 400 IU;
- C (ascorbic acid) - 90 mg;
- B 1 (thiamine in the form of thiamine mononitrate) - 3 mg;
- B 2 (riboflavin) - 3.4 mg;
- B 5 (pantothenic acid in the form of calcium pantothenate) - 10 mg;
- B 6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 3 mg;
- B 9 (folic acid) - 0.4 mg;
- B 12 (cyanocobalamin) - 0.009 mg;
- PP (nicotinamide) - 20 mg;
- B 7 (biotin) - 0.03 mg.
Content of micro- and macroelements in 1 tablet:
- K (Kalium), in the form of potassium chloride - 7.5 mg;
- Ca (Calcium), in the form of dicalcium phosphate - 40 mg;
- Mg (Magnesium), in the form of oxide - 100 mg;
- P (Phosphorus), in the form of dicalcium phosphate - 31 mg;
- Fe (Ferrum), in the form of iron fumarate - 27 mg;
- Cu (Cuprum), in the form of copper sulfate - 2 mg;
- Zn (Zincum), in the form of zinc oxide - 15 mg;
- Mn (Manganum), in the form of manganese sulfate - 5 mg;
- I (Iodum), in the form of potassium iodide - 0.15 mg;
- Mo (Molybdenum), in the form of sodium molybdate - 0.015 mg;
- Se (Selenium), in the form of sodium selenate - 0.01 mg;
- Cr (Chromium), in the form of chromium chloride - 0.015 mg.
Auxiliary components: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, starch.
Casing: gelatin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, mannitol, blue lacquer No. 2, red lacquer No. 40.
Indications for use
- hypo- and avitaminosis (therapy and prevention);
- deficiency of minerals in adults;
- unbalanced or inadequate nutrition;
- recovery and rehabilitation after illnesses.
Contraindications
- childhood;
- increased individual sensitivity to any of the components of a complex multivitamin preparation.
Method of administration and dosage
Theravit tablets are taken orally after meals.
Recommended dosage regimen: 1 pc. in a day.
The duration of the course of therapy is 30 days, the course may be repeated on the recommendation of a doctor.
Side effects
Hypersensitivity reactions are possible.

Do not violate the dosage regimen and take the drug in high doses.
During therapy with Theravit, in order to avoid overdose, it is not recommended to use medicines containing vitamins.
Due to the presence of riboflavin in the composition of the drug, urine staining can be observed in an intense yellow color.

There is no data on drug interactions of Teravit with other drugs / substances.
