Naftaderm is an external drug that improves tissue regeneration, has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and disinfectant effects.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - liniment for external use: brown in color, has a weak peculiar smell (10, 15, 20 or 35 g in tubes, 25 or 50 g in cans, in a cardboard box 1 tube or 1 can).
Active substance: refined naphthalan oil, in 1 g of liniment - 0.1 g.
Additional components: purified water, ethanol 95% and emulsion wax.

Contraindications
Absolute:
- Hemorrhagic syndrome;
- Renal failure;
- Severe anemia;
- Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Method of administration and dosage
Naftaderm is intended for external use.
Liniment should be applied in a thin layer, without rubbing, to the affected skin 2 times a day.
The duration of treatment is determined individually, on average 3-4 weeks.
Side effects
Naftaderm is generally well tolerated. In rare cases, including with prolonged use, dry skin and folliculitis may develop. In case of increased dryness, it is recommended to additionally lubricate the skin with emollient creams or take a 2-3-day break in treatment.

In pediatrics, during pregnancy and lactation, the drug can be used strictly as directed by the attending physician.
Drug interactions
Topical preparations based on naftalan oil increase the skin's permeability to other drugs.
