Mirtikam is a multicomponent homeopathic remedy, the action of which is due to the components it contains.
Pharmacodynamic efficacy of the main active substances of blueberry extract:
- anthocyanosides: accelerate the recovery of rhodopsin and help to strengthen the vascular wall by influencing collagen biosynthesis; improve the rheological properties of blood by reducing thrombus formation and reducing the tone of the vascular wall; have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties;
- flavonoids: accelerate the regeneration processes, have anti-inflammatory and desensitizing effects.
Pharmacokinetics
When taken orally, anthocyanosides are absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract (in limited quantities). C max (maximum plasma concentration) is reached after 15 minutes and decreases over 2 hours. Excreted by the liver and kidneys.

Homeopathic syrup
Syrup Mirtikam is taken orally, after meals. Shake the syrup bottle before taking.
Recommended dosage regimen:
- children 3–6 years old: ½ teaspoon 2 times a day;
- children 6–12 years old: ½ teaspoon 3 times a day;
- children over 12 years old and adults: 1 teaspoon 2 times a day.
