Zosterin-Ultra is a dietary supplement (biologically active additive) to food, used as an additional source of soluble dietary fiber in the form of a polysaccharide of the pectin nature polygalactouronan from the group of organic natural sorbents.

Release form and composition

Zosterin-Ultra is produced in the form of a powder, which is readily soluble in water to form a liquid gel; the color of the powder (gel), due to its natural origin, can be from sandy to dark brown; the content of low molecular weight fractions capable of penetrating into the blood is 30 or 60% (0.5 or 1 g per sachet, 2, 5 or 10 sachets in a cardboard box).

The powder is obtained from the seagrass Zostera marina (Zostera marina), grown in ecologically clean waters of the Primorsky Territory, it contains polygalacturonic acids.

Component properties

Useful properties of Zosterin-Ultra:

Children 3–12 years old are prescribed 30% powder, 0.5 g each, 60% powder, 0.25 g each; children <3 years old - powder 30%, 0.25 g;
• food allergies: 1 g of Zosterin-Ultra 30% for 10 days, then 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 5 days. Children 3–12 years old are prescribed 30% powder, 0.5 g each, 60% powder, 0.25 g each; children <3 years old - powder 30%, 0.25 g;
• non-food allergic lesions: 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 10 days. Children 3–12 years old are prescribed 60% powder, 0.25 g each;
• infectious diseases (acute viral hepatitis, chronic protozoal and viral infections, tuberculosis, etc.): 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 10 days; the reception is repeated after 1 month, it is recommended to take 6 courses per year. Children 3–12 years old are prescribed 60% powder, 0.25 g each; children <3 years old - powder 30%, 0.25 g;
• benign and malignant tumors: for the prevention of complications during chemotherapy and radiation therapy - 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 5 days; for the prevention of neoplasms - 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for a course of 10 days, once a month, for a long time. Children 3–12 years old are prescribed 60% powder, 0.25 g each; children <3 years old - powder 30%, 0.25 g;
• diabetes mellitus: to lower cholesterol levels and normalize blood sugar levels - 1 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 10 days; the reception is repeated after 2 months, it is recommended to take 6 courses per year;
• intoxication (including alcoholic and narcotic): 1 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% (taken twice a day, with a six-hour interval between doses) for 5 days; in case of severe poisoning - 2 g per dose, observing the interval between doses of 6 hours, a course of 5 days;
• removal of heavy metals and their compounds (including mercury, lead, manganese, chromium, etc.): one-time incorporation - 1 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% in a course of 10 days Children 3-12 years old are prescribed 60% powder at 0, 25 g; children <3 years old - powder 30%, 0.25 g. • colds and flu: for prophylaxis in a period of increased risk of infection - 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 5 days; to accelerate recovery - 0.5 g of Zosterin-Ultra 60% for 10 days. Children 3–12 years old are prescribed 60% powder, 0.25 g each; children <3 years old - powder 30% 0.25 g.
