In the next 4–6 days, they switch to the use of Dancil only during the waking period (every hour), after which, for three days or until a clinical cure is achieved, the frequency of use is reduced to 4 times a day.

In the treatment of diseases such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis, keratoconjunctivitis, keratitis, meibomitis, dacryocystitis, as well as for prophylactic purposes in ophthalmosurgery after eye injuries and surgical operations, Dancil is usually used only during the waking period: during the first 2 days - every 2-4 hours, then 4 times a day (no longer than 5 days).

Organs of hearing

Recommended dosage regimen for adults and children over 12 years old:

  • otitis externa: 2 times a day, 10 drops into the affected ear for 10 days;
  • chronic purulent otitis media with chronic perforation of the tympanic membrane: 2 times a day, 10 drops in the affected ear for 14 days;
  • otitis media with a tympanostomy tube installed: 2 times a day, 5 drops into the affected ear for 10 days.

For children 1–11 years old, the doctor determines the scheme for using Danzil individually. Therapy should be carried out under his supervision.

The recommended dose for the treatment of otitis externa and acute otitis media with an installed tympanostomy tube is 3 times a day, 5 drops in the affected ear for 10 days. Before instillation, you need to warm the bottle in your hand for 1-2 minutes, which will help to avoid the development of dizziness (probably in the case of using a cold solution).

Instillation should be performed with the patient lying on his side. It is possible to change the position of the body no earlier than 5 minutes after the end of the procedure, which will facilitate the passage of the solution through the external auditory canal. If it is necessary to instill in the other ear, proceed in the same way.
