Hepatosol is a biologically active food additive (BAA), a source of flavonoids; has a hepatoprotective, immunomodulatory and antioxidant effect.
Release form and composition
- oral liquid: thick, brown, has a pleasant smell and taste; well soluble in water, which ensures its high bioavailability (in bottles of 50, 75 or 100 ml, complete with a measuring spoon);
- granules for the preparation of a solution for oral administration (in jars of 30, 40, 60, 90 or 100 g; in sachets of 2.6 g).
The active substance of Hepatosol is marsh hodgepodge (in the form of an herb extract).
Additional components:
- liquid: potassium sorbate (E202), sodium benzoate (E211), water;
- granules: glucose.
Component properties
The flavonoids contained in the herb have a pronounced hepatoprotective effect in cases of intoxication with poisons that can lead to the development of hepatitis (paracetamol, galactosamine, allyl alcohol). They also prevent the development of necrosis and fatty degeneration of hepatocytes, restore metabolism, structure and function of the liver disturbed by toxins.
Indications for use
Hepatosol is recommended to be taken as a source of flavonoids.
BAA is prescribed in the following cases:
- prevention and enhancement of the effect of drug therapy: acute / chronic hepatitis (mainly toxic, drug, alcoholic etiology), neonatal jaundice, chronic cholecystitis, the initial stage of liver cirrhosis, cholangitis, intrauterine infections, opisthorchiasis (to prevent damage to liver cells by decay products of opisthorchiasis due to deworming, as well as with the aim of normalizing metabolic processes in the liver with helminthiasis - opisthorchiasis, echinococcosis, ascariasis, giardiasis, etc.);
- protection of the liver after anesthesia, during treatment with cytostatics, anti-tuberculosis or other hepatotoxic agents, as well as in the presence of severe intoxication of various etiologies;
- various infectious processes, including liver tuberculosis, syphilitic liver damage, pseudotuberculosis, diffuse connective tissue diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis (in order to normalize metabolic processes in the liver);
- severe food intoxication with poisonous berries, mushrooms, low-quality substitutes for drinks (especially alcoholic ones), food;
- prevention of disorders and optimization of the functioning of the pancreas and liver in practically healthy people in the following cases: when working with factors harmful to the liver or living in ecologically unfavorable regions, heavy physical activity (builders, miners, divers, climbers, astronauts, professional athletes, etc.) a tendency to form cholesterol gallstones, both in healthy people and in the presence of risk factors (postcholecystectomy syndrome, chronic cholecystitis, condition after conservative dissolution of gallstones);
- prevention of premature aging of the body.
Contraindications
- the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- the presence of hypersensitivity to the components included in the dietary supplement.
Recommendations for use
Hepatosol is taken orally simultaneously with food intake. It is also possible to take it 15–20 minutes before meals, in cases of increased acidity of gastric juice - after meals.
Single dose:
- granules: 2 g (1 teaspoon) or 2.6 g (1 sachet);
- liquid: 1 g (1 scoop).
Frequency rate of admission - 3 times a day.
A single dose of Hepatosol in any dosage form must be dissolved in warm water with a volume of 100 ml before taking.
The duration of the course is from 3 to 4 weeks.

Hepatosol is not a drug.

Terms and conditions of storage
Store in a place protected from light and moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C. Keep out of the reach of children.
Shelf life is 2 years.
