Bifilar is a biologically active food additive (BAA), a source of probiotic microorganisms.
Release form and composition
Bifilar is produced in the form of capsules weighing 0.5 g (30 pcs. In a package).
Composition for 1 capsule:
- active ingredients: lactobacilli (Lactobacillus acidophilus), bifidobacteria (Bifidobacterium longum), fructooligosaccharides (prebiotics);
- auxiliary components: magnesium stearate, rice maltodextrin.
Component properties
The Bifilar dietary supplement contains lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and prebiotics with the following properties:
- lactobacilli: interact with other microbes and produce their own antibiotics, suppressing pathogens of acute intestinal infections and putrefactive opportunistic microorganisms;
- bifidobacteria: stimulate intestinal motility, accelerate the digestion of fats and proteins, promote the synthesis of essential acids, and also take part in the synthesis and absorption of nucleic acids, folic acid, vitamin K and B vitamins; by stimulating the synthesis of immunoglobulins, they play an important role in the formation of general immunity;
- prebiotics: normalize the balance of intestinal microflora by stimulating the growth of own and externally supplied lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, have a hypoglycemic effect, improve the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, regulate motor-evacuation function, protect the intestine from carcinogens and pathogenic flora.
Indications for use
Bifilar is used as a source of probiotic microorganisms to improve digestion, reduce the risk of developing dysbiosis, restore intestinal microflora and increase local immunity.

- period of breastfeeding;
- increased individual sensitivity to components.
Recommendations for use
Bifilar capsules are taken orally before meals.
Children aged 3-14 years are prescribed 1 capsule per day, children over 14 years old and adults - 2 capsules once a day. When using dietary supplements in children, the contents of the capsule can be dissolved in milk, yogurt or warm water.
The duration of the course is 15-30 days. If necessary, taking Bifilar can be repeated every 3-4 months.
