Release form and composition

1 capsule contains:
- active substances: extract of dioscorea (wild yam) - 150 mg; extract of red clover herb - 35 mg; extract of flowers and leaves of hawthorn - 5 mg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 35 mg; nicotinic acid (vitamin PP) - 10 mg; rutin (vitamin P) - 2 mg;
- auxiliary components: gelatin, dyes (iron oxide, titanium dioxide), anti-caking agents (amorphous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin).
In the recommended daily dose of Atheroclefit BIO (4 capsules), the content of the main biologically active substances in% of the adequate level is: extract of red clover herb - 33.3% (including the sum of flavonoids in terms of rutin not less than 10 mg); vitamin C - at least 233%; vitamin PP (niacin) - not less than 222%.

Pharmacological properties
The action of Atheroclefit BIO is ensured by the pharmacological effectiveness of its active components:
- extract of dioscorea (wild yam): contains alkaloids and steroid saponins, the most important of which is dioscin, which is broken down into glucose, diosgenin and rhamnose during hydrolysis, as well as the glycoside tigogenin. The plant is able to lower cholesterol levels by increasing the concentration of phospholipids in the blood; increase the proportion of lecithin and cholesterol, thereby reducing the likelihood of cholesterol deposition in arterial vessels and the formation of cholesterol plaques. Active nutrients in the Dioscorea extract improve the functioning of the heart muscle and normalize blood pressure;
- clover extract: contains essential and fatty oils, glycosides (tripoline and isotrifoline), tannins, organic acids (salicylic, p-coumaric, ketoglutaric), isoflavones, sitosterols, resins, vitamins (A, C, E, B 1, B 2,) micro- and macroelements (calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, iron, phosphorus, chromium), flavones and flavonols (quercetin, kaempferol, pratoletin, etc.), isoflavones, fatty acids (palmitic, linoleic, stearic), tannins, protein, tyrosine, xanthine, asparagine, furfural, carotenoids.
