Angelique is a combined anti-climacteric agent.
Release form and composition
Angelique is produced in the form of round biconvex tablets coated with a gray-pink film coating (28 pieces in blisters, in a cardboard box of 1 or 3 blisters).
The active ingredients are estradiol and drospirenone.
Auxiliary components: lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, hypromellose, povidone K25, macrogol 6000, iron dye red oxide, talc.
Indications for use
Angelique is taken as hormone replacement therapy for climacteric disorders and for the prevention of osteoporosis, which occurs during the postmenopausal period.
Contraindications
- Vaginal bleeding of unknown origin;
- Diagnosed, suspected, or cured breast cancer;
- Malignant and benign liver tumors;
- Serious liver and kidney pathologies;
- Thromboembolism;

Method of administration and dosage

One pack of tablets is designed for 28 days. Take the drug 1 tablet daily. After the end of one package, the next one begins without interruption, the next day.
The tablets should be taken whole, without chewing, preferably at the same time of day. It is not recommended to skip a dose, but if this happens, the missed pill should be taken as soon as possible. If more than a day has passed between taking the pills, you cannot take an additional pill.
