Aminosol-Neo is a combined agent for parenteral nutrition, which compensates for the deficiency of amino acids and electrolytes in an optimal ratio.

L-lysine: 6.6 g or 11.1 g, which is equivalent to 9.31 g or 15.66 g of L-lysine monoacetate;
L-leucine: 7.4 g or 8.9 g;
L-isoleucine: 5 g or 5.2 g;

Indications for use

Full or partial parenteral nutrition with added carbohydrates, fat emulsions and electrolytes;
Prevention of deficiency and compensation for fluid and protein loss in case of impossibility of enteral food intake: in severe gastrointestinal pathologies (inflammatory diseases, obstruction, intestinal malabsorption, intestinal fistulas, pancreatitis), hypermetabolic conditions (extensive burns, trauma, sepsis) and other cases requiring parenteral nutrition (malignant neoplasms, the period of preparation for surgery and after surgery).

Contraindications

Age under 18;
Heart failure in the stage of decompensation;
Metabolic acidosis;
Severe hepatic and / or renal impairment;
Hypoxia;
Shock;
Pregnancy and breastfeeding period.

It is recommended to prescribe Aminosol-Neo with caution to patients with liver diseases, diabetes mellitus, essential arterial hypertension, and sepsis.

Method of administration and dosage

Aminosol-Neo is intended for intravenous (IV) drip administration into one of the central veins.

The doctor prescribes the dose individually, taking into account the patient's weight, the severity of the metabolic disorder and the body's clinical need for amino acids.

Only a solution with a transparent structure should be used!

The recommended average daily dose for a 10% solution: at the rate of 10-20 ml per 1 kg of body weight, which corresponds to 1-2 g of amino acids per 1 kg of patient's weight per day. The infusion rate should not exceed 20-35 drops per minute, which will provide 1 ml of solution per 1 kg of body weight in 60 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 20 ml per 1 kg of body weight.

The recommended average daily dose for a 15% solution: 6.7-13.3 ml per 1 kg of patient weight (1-2 g of amino acids per 1 kg per day). The maximum injection rate is 0.67 ml per 1 kg of body weight in 60 minutes. The maximum daily dose is 13.3 ml per 1 kg.

As a rule, the daily dose for a patient weighing 70 kg should correspond to 470-930 ml, and the injection rate should be 16 drops per minute.

Patients with renal insufficiency are recommended to adjust the usual dose: without dialysis - the dose of proteins per 1 kg of body weight should correspond to 0.6-1 g per day, in patients on dialysis - 1.2-2.7 g per 1 kg per day.

In liver failure, the daily dosage should be in the range of 0.8-1.1 g per 1 kg of weight.

Side effects

The use of Aminosol-Neo can cause a lack of folic acid in the body, therefore, concomitant administration of folate to the patient is recommended.

special instructions

Arginine, which is one of the components of the drug, can cause a decrease in the level of phosphorus concentration and increase the level of potassium in plasma, especially in patients with diabetes mellitus.

In order to prevent the development of hyperkalemia against the background of the administration of arginine, it is recommended that insulin be administered simultaneously with Aminosol-Neo to patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus and patients under stress.

Before administering the drug, you should make sure that the bottle is tight!

Drug interactions

Do not allow the uncontrolled addition of other drugs to Aminosol-Neo.

With the simultaneous use of a solution of the drug:

Aminophylline and thiazide diuretics - increase insulin levels in the blood;
Oral contraceptives, estrogens - can increase the concentration of growth hormone, reduce the insulin and glucagon response to arginine;
Spironolactone - Causes severe hyperkalemia.

Pharmaceutically compatible with ampicillin, amikacin, cefotaxime, doxycycline, ceftriaxone, erythromycin, gentamycin, chloramphenicol, netilmycin, penicillin, tetracycline, clindamycin, piperacillin, vancomycin, phytobramycinomidine, cyclinamycin, cyclofamycinomine, cyclomenterofamycinomide, cyclofamycinomide acid, heparin, chlorpromazine, furosemide, insulin, methyldopa, calcium gluconate, lidocaine, metoclopramide, nizatidine, methotrexate, methylprednisolone, morphine, norepinephrine, ranitidine, propranolol, riboflavin, digoxin.

Due to the presence of arginine, Aminosol-Neo cannot be combined with sodium thiopental.
