Release form and composition
Ambene Bio is available in the form of a solution for injection: liquid from light yellow to light brownish yellow or colorless [1 ml in ampoules made of light-shielding or brown glass, 5 pcs. in blisters, in a cardboard box 2 packs complete with or without an ampoule knife (scarifier)].
1 ml of solution contains:

Ambene Bio is a chondroprotector with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The mechanism of action of the drug is due to the biological activity of the active ingredient, which is a concentrated extract from sea small fish. The content of chondroitin sulfate (mucopolysaccharides) in the extract helps to prevent the destruction of macromolecular structures of normal tissues, to restore interstitial tissue and articular cartilage tissue. In addition to mucopolysaccharides, the extract contains amino acids, peptides, potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper ions. Their presence supports and stimulates regenerative and other clinical processes in tissues.
The action of the drug inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase and normalizes the biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid. The interrelation of these effects potentiates the restoration of the structure of cartilage and other tissues.
Indications for use
- osteochondrosis;
- primary or secondary form of osteoarthritis of various localization - arthrosis of small joints, coxarthrosis, gonarthrosis;
- spondylosis.
Contraindications

Instructions for use Ambene Bio: method and dosage
The solution is intended for intra-articular and deep intramuscular (i / m) administration.
Treatment can combine intra-articular and intramuscular administration.
Recommended dosage:
- polyosteoarthritis, osteochondrosis: IM - 1 ml 1 time per day. Duration of treatment is 20 days;
- damage to large joints: intra-articular - 1-2 ml in each joint. The course consists of 5–6 injections into each joint with an interval of 3–4 days between injections.
It is advisable to repeat the treatment after 180 days, but its implementation should be agreed with a specialist.
