Ajisept is a synthetic antiseptic preparation for topical use in dentistry and ENT practice.

The active ingredients of Ajisept have an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and local anesthetic effect. The drug is active against a large number of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms and has an antifungal effect.

Release form

According to the instructions, Ajisept is used for infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity, larynx and throat:

- Inflammation of the oral mucosa and gums, including aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis and thrush;
- Pharyngitis;
- Hoarseness;
- Laryngitis of infectious or catarrhal origin, as well as caused by professional activities - in speakers and teachers, workers in chemical, coal or other hazardous industries;
- Diseases of the oral cavity and pharynx of an infectious and inflammatory nature.
Contraindications
According to the instructions, Ajisept is contraindicated only in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, leading to allergies. For children, tablets are usually prescribed from 5 years old.
Ajisept during pregnancy and during breastfeeding can be used according to indications after consulting a doctor.
Instructions for the use of Ajisept
In the first days of the illness, with severe symptoms, Ajisept is prescribed every two hours, 1-2 tablets, but not more than 8 tablets per day. For children, 1 tablet every 4 hours is usually enough to relieve a sore throat. As symptoms decrease, the interval between doses of the drug can be increased.
To achieve the maximum effect, Ajisept according to reviews should be absorbed until completely dissolved.
Adjisept, according to the instructions, can be combined with other antiviral drugs to enhance the therapeutic effect. There were no cases of clinically significant interaction of Ajisept with drugs from other groups.
Side effects
