Thanks to the regular use of cellulite scrubs, the skin becomes smooth, firm, healthy and beautiful, and the appearance of cellulite is reduced.
Homemade scrubs for cellulite have one indisputable advantage over their industrial counterparts - they do not contain foreign unnatural impurities such as fragrances, dyes, preservatives. In the manufacture of any home scrubs for cellulite, exclusively natural products are used, as a result of which effective, useful and inexpensive cosmetics are obtained.
The main components of home scrubs for cellulite are abrasive substances that help cleanse the skin and substances that help soften the abrasive effect: sea salt, natural coffee, honey, sugar, vegetable and essential oils, fermented milk products.
Cellulite coffee scrub
Due to the high content of caffeine, the coffee scrub for cellulite activates cellular metabolism and the production of enzymes that control cholesterol levels, helps burn fat deposits, and stimulates the improvement of lymph and blood circulation.
To prepare a coffee scrub for cellulite, you should use finely ground natural coffee or coffee grounds. Green coffee is considered the most effective because it has the highest caffeine content.
One tablespoon of olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice or essential oil with an anti-cellulite effect (orange, lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, eucalyptus) are added to two heaped tablespoons of ground coffee or fresh coffee grounds. Everything is thoroughly mixed, the scrub is ready. It is applied to problem areas and rubbed in with massage movements for several minutes, after which it is washed off with warm water.
After using a coffee scrub for cellulite, tissue swelling decreases, the skin becomes more toned, soft, moisturized and smooth, its contours are evened out.
Honey scrub for cellulite
Honey scrub for cellulite due to the content of a large amount of vitamins, microelements that stimulate regeneration and immunity of enzymes is an excellent tool for rejuvenating the skin and improving its condition.
In most cases, honey in cellulite scrubs is used in combination with other skin-friendly products. Natural ground coffee, sea salt, egg white, lemon juice, fresh fruits (strawberries, currants), rice flour, rolled oats perfectly complement and enhance the healing properties and anti-cellulite effect of honey.
It is preferable to use candied honey for making a honey scrub for cellulite, due to the presence in it of small solid particles that contribute to the abrasive effect. Such honey should be used after warming up the skin well so that the beneficial substances penetrate deeper into the subcutaneous layers, destroying cellulite. After application and massage, the honey layer should be left on the skin for a while to enrich the epidermis with the beneficial substances contained in honey, then rinse with warm water.
Salt scrub for cellulite
To make a salt scrub for cellulite at home, you should use sea salt. Since sea salt is usually coarse, and the grains are with sharp edges, it must first be crushed or soaked, it is possible in kefir, natural yogurt.
Sea salt contains a large amount of mineral elements that are important for the metabolic processes of the skin, it helps to draw moisture from cellulite subcutaneous formations, perfectly exfoliates the upper dead layers of the epidermis, cleansing and opening the pores.
For a salt scrub for cellulite, you can use pure sea salt by applying it to a wet surface of the body, rubbing with massage movements for a short time. After rubbing in, the remaining salt is washed off with warm water, an emollient should be applied to the skin.
Sugar scrub for cellulite
It is preferable to make a sugar scrub for cellulite using cane sugar, since the content of useful trace elements and vitamins in it is many times greater than in ordinary white sugar.
The main feature of using a sugar scrub for cellulite is the reduction of sugar particles when rubbed into the skin. A smooth transition from a hard peeling at the beginning of the procedure to a gentle cleansing action at the end occurs due to the gradual melting of sugar grains and avoids skin irritation.
The classic recipe for a sugar scrub for cellulite is one glass of cane or white sugar, half a glass of olive or any refined vegetable oil, 10-15 drops of citrus (orange, lemon, grapefruit) oil. It is thoroughly mixed, applied with massage movements on steamed skin, after 15 minutes, washed off with warm water.
