Pair plus is a combined drug with anti-pediculosis action.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - aerosol for external use: oily transparent solution with a yellowish tinge, has a slight characteristic odor; sprayed in the form of small particles (in a cardboard box 1 aerosol aluminum can 116 g with a continuous valve and a spray device).
Active substances in 1 bottle (116 g):
- malathion - 0.29 g;
- piperonyl butoxide - 2.32 g;
- permethrin - 0.58 g.
Auxiliary components: propellant HFA 134a - 58 g; isododecane - 54.81 g

Pharmacodynamics
A pair of plus is one of the combined drugs used in the treatment of head lice of the scalp.
The pharmacological action of the drug is due to the insecticidal properties of the active substances:
- malathion - is an organophosphorus insecticide;
- piperonyl butoxide - enhances the effect of permethrin;
- permethrin - is a neurotoxic insect poison.
Indications for use
According to the instructions, Para plus is prescribed for the treatment of head lice of the scalp (the action applies to lice and nits).
Contraindications
Absolute:
- bronchial asthma;
- age up to 2.5 years;
- individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
Relative (treatment should be carried out under medical supervision):
- pregnancy;
- lactation period.

Aerosol Para plus is intended for external use.
The drug is sprayed onto the scalp and the entire hair length by short-term pressing on the spray device of the balloon.
The exposure time of the drug is 10 minutes, while the head should not be covered. After that, the hair must be washed with shampoo. Dead insects after the end of the procedure must be combed out with a frequent comb.
In case of extensive infection, it is recommended to repeat the treatment after a week.
Side effects
Possible local side reactions: very rarely - a slight burning / tingling sensation of the scalp.
Overdose
There are no data on cases of overdose.

Aerosol Steam Plus should be sprayed in a well ventilated area. During the procedure, you must be away from fire.
Avoid contact of the solution with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
