Honey has antibacterial, probiotic, regenerating, antioxidant, analgesic effects. It is able to tone up the body, give strength, therefore it is used to improve the general condition of the body in case of fatigue, depression.

The substances contained in honey have the ability to improve blood microcirculation, stimulate metabolism, and strengthen the wall of blood vessels. It also affects a person's blood pressure due to the antispasmodic and sedative effect - this can effectively reduce high blood pressure.

It also matters which honey is used, since its properties can vary depending on the properties of the plant from which the pollen was collected. A mixture of lemon, carrot, beetroot and horseradish to lower blood pressure. Grind with a blender an equal amount of lemon with peel, carrots, beets, horseradish, add honey at the rate of 400 ml of a mixture of 100 g of honey, take a tablespoon 3 times a day.
