Sleep Formula is a herbal complex consisting of biologically active additives (BAA) to food, additional sources of B vitamins and magnesium, which improve the quality and duration of sleep, and facilitate its onset, as well as a dietary food product for the prevention of psycho-emotional disorders in children.

- Escholzia extract - 200 mg;

According to the instructions, the Sleep Formula is taken orally, syrup for children - children from 3 years old; tablets, capsules and solution - adolescents from 14 years old and adults.
The recommended dosage regimen depending on the form of release:
- tablets: 2 pcs. 30 minutes before bedtime, course - at least 20 days;
- capsules: 2 pcs. in the evening during dinner, course - at least 30 days;
- solution: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) at night 30-40 minutes before bedtime, if the effect is insufficient, you can increase the dose to 10 ml (2 teaspoons), course - 20 days;
- syrup: children 3-14 years old - 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 1 time per day during meals, patients over 14 years old - 5 ml 2 times a day with meals; you can dilute the syrup in a liquid (water, tea, juice, etc.) immediately before taking it; course - at least 14 days, if necessary, the duration of use can be increased; the drug should be shaken before use.
