Morenazal Immuno is a combined product containing active natural components of sea salt and a dipeptide; without unnecessary drug load, it helps to increase local immunity and protect against pathogenic viruses and bacteria with influenza, acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) and the common cold.
Release form and composition

100 ml of isotonic solution contains 1080 mg of sea salt (in terms of dry matter), including:
- sodium - ≥2.5 mg / ml;
- calcium - ≥0.008 mg / ml;
- potassium - ≥0.1 mg / ml;
- magnesium - ≥0.35 mg / ml;
- bicarbonates - ≥0.03 mg / ml;
- alpha-glutamyl-tryptophan sodium - ≥0.15 mg / ml.
Auxiliary component: water for injection - up to 100 ml.
The spray does not contain preservatives.
Pharmacological properties
The mechanism of action of the spray Morenazal Immuno is to wash out pathogenic viruses and bacteria from the nasal cavity with a sea solution of Atlantic salts, followed by an increase in the number of immune cells under the influence of a dipeptide.
Minerals and trace elements of Atlantic sea salt in combination with a dipeptide:
- stimulate the protective and regenerative functions of the nasal mucosa;
- strengthen local immunity;
- remove excess mucus containing allergens, pathogenic microbes, viruses, dust and other factors of inflammation with a cold;
- soften and remove crusts from the nasal passages.
Indications for use
Spray Morenazal Immuno is recommended for use for the prevention and complex therapy of the following conditions / diseases:
- flu and SARS (especially in children with reduced immunity);
- infectious, allergic and atrophic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx in acute and chronic form: sinusitis (including sinusitis, frontal sinusitis), rhinitis, adenoiditis, as well as allergic and vasomotor rhinitis;
- infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
Use a spray to enhance the immune properties of the mucous membrane with frequent and prolonged episodes of acute and exacerbation of chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract.
Morenazal Immuno is used during the preparation of a patient for the introduction of drugs into the nasal cavity, as well as after surgical operations in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
Contraindications
- children's age up to 1 year;
- increased individual sensitivity to the components of the spray.

Spray Morenazal Immuno for children and adults should be used intranasally.
The recommended number of injections (in each nostril) for complex therapy, depending on the patient's age:
- 1-2 years: 1 injection 2-4 times / day;
- 2-7 years: 2 injections 4 times / day;
- 7–16 years old: 2 injections 4–6 times / day;
- > 16 years: 2–3 injections 4–8 times / day.
The recommended number of injections (in each nostril) for hygienic treatment and prevention, depending on the patient's age:
- 1-2 years: 1 injection 1-2 times / day;
- 2–7 years: 1–2 injections 1–3 times / day;
- 7-16 years old: 2 injections 2-4 times / day;
- > 16 years: 2–3 injections 3–6 times / day.
Preparation for washing and carrying out the procedure is carried out in compliance with generally accepted rules of hygiene.
Washing procedure in children under 2 years of age (lying down):
- Turn the child's head to one side.
- Open the lid of the drug bottle.
- Make 1-3 clicks on the bottle until the spray appears.
- Gently insert the anatomical tip of the spray nozzle into the base of the upper nasal passage, inject the solution into the nostril.
- Eliminate the leaking excess liquid with an absorbent cotton swab or handkerchief.
- Repeat the procedure for the other nasal passage.
Washing procedure for children over 2 years old and adults:
- Tilt your head to one side.
- Open the lid of the drug bottle.
- Make 1-3 clicks on the bottle until the spray appears.
