Taking the drug for chronic heart failure begins with 2.5 mg per day, and after 3-5 days it is increased to 5 mg. The maintenance dose of Lisinopril for this disease is 5-20 mg per day.

The use of Lisinopril in acute myocardial infarction involves complex therapy and is performed according to the following scheme: on the first day - 5 mg, then the same dose - once a day, after which the amount of the drug is doubled and taken once every two days, the final stage - 10 mg once a day. Lisinopril, indications determine the duration of treatment, in acute myocardial infarction, take at least 6 weeks.

In diabetic nephropathy Lisinopril instruction recommends taking 10 mg-20 mg per day.

Side effects
