Inosine is a drug with antihypoxic, antiarrhythmic, anabolic effects, which helps to improve metabolism in myocardial cells.
Release form and composition
Inosine is available in the form of tablets (in a package of 50 pcs.).
The composition of 1 tablet includes:
- Active ingredient: inosine - 0.2 g;
- Excipients: sucrose, calcium stearate, starch, Opadry II Yellow dye.
Indications for use
- Ischemic heart disease (CHD);
- Myocardial dystrophy;
- Heart rhythm disorders;
- Dystrophies of the heart (with infectious agents associated with hormonal imbalance and developing against the background of heavy loads);
- Postinfarction condition;
- Hepatitis;
- Heart defects (congenital or acquired);
- Cirrhosis of the liver;
- Conditions after glycosidic intoxication;
- Myocarditis;
- Leukopenia against the background of the influence of radioactive radiation (for prevention).
Contraindications
- Gout;

Method of administration and dosage
Inosine tablets are intended for oral administration.
Recommended dosage regimen: initial daily dose - 3-4 tablets (0.6-0.8 g), divided into 3-4 doses; in the future, it is possible to increase the daily dose to 12 tablets (2.4 g).
The duration of the course of therapy is set individually by the attending physician.
