Method of administration and dosage

Ziflan is taken orally during meals.

The recommended dosage regimen is 1 capsule 2-3 times a day.

Admission courses depending on the condition / disease:

  • Improving the drainage function of the liver: 1 capsule 3 times a day during the entire time of taking antibiotics, alcohol, low-quality food and other drugs / substances that negatively affect the liver
  • Biliary dyskinesia, postcholecystectomy syndrome: 1 capsule 2 times a day for 15 days, after 2 weeks the course should be repeated;
  • Initial stages of gallstone disease: 1 capsule 3 times a day for 30 days. Repeated courses are recommended, but not earlier than in 10-15 days.

Methods for cleansing the liver in 10 days:

  1. Prepare mineral water, preferably "Essentuki" No. 4 or No. 17 (at the rate of 3 glasses per day), and 1 pack of 30 capsules of Ziflan immortelle extract;
  2. Refuse to drink alcohol, including beer (during cleaning);
  3. Take 1 capsule daily before breakfast, lunch and dinner (15-20 minutes) with a glass of still mineral water; it is allowed to take the capsule with food (if the dose is missed before meals).

It is recommended to carry out such a liver cleansing at least 2 times a year.

The effect of the procedure is usually noticeable in the first days of therapy, and after a full course, the functional state of the liver and the state of the body as a whole improve.

To dissolve stones in the gallbladder, two 30-day courses of Ziflan are prescribed, 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals, a break of 10 days is required between courses. After that, the patient needs to undergo an ultrasound examination (ultrasound), which makes it possible to assess the size of the stones in comparison with the size of the stones before the procedure (the reduction should be within 2-4 mm). If there is a positive result (stones dissolve), taking Ziflan should be continued until they are completely dissolved, which may take a long time (a year or more). The intervals between monthly capsule intake after the first two courses should be increased to 30 days.

In order to prevent the re-formation of stones after their complete dissolution, it is recommended to carry out maintenance monthly courses 2 times a year.

The conditions necessary to achieve a positive result in dissolving gallbladder stones with the supplement Ziflan:

  • Size: the diameter of the formations should not be more than 2 cm;
  • Localization: stones should not fill the entire gallbladder;
  • Diagnostics: calculi should be visible on ultrasound diagnostics and not visible on an X-ray image (this shows that the stones have not yet been saturated with calcium salts and can be dissolved);
  • Course of the disease: there should be no frequent bouts of hepatic colic (if they are present, it is not recommended to dissolve the stones on your own, you should consult a surgeon);
  • The patient's attitude: there should be a desire to heal without surgery, which increases the chance of success of the procedure.

The probability of successful completion of the procedure for dissolving gallstones with Ziflan, even with ideal compliance with all conditions, is 45-50%.
