Ziman is a biologically active additive (BAA), an additional source of selenium, zinc, carnitine, B vitamins. This non-steroidal drug improves the physical and sexual capabilities of men, contributes to the normal functioning of their body.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - capsules of 1000 mg: soft gelatin (10 pcs. In blisters, 3 blisters are packed in an individual bag, 1 bag - in a cardboard box).
The active substance is an MBP complex weighing 950 mg, which includes ZMA powder - 450 mg, including L-Carnitine L-Tartrate - 146.8 mg (which is equivalent to 100 mg of L-Carnitine), magnesium - 83.52 mg, nicotinamide - 20 mg, zinc - 5.58 mg, vitamin B 6 - 1.935 mg, selenium methionine complex - 7 mg (equivalent to 0.07 mg of selenium), as well as vitamin B 2 - 1.7 mg, vitamin B 1 - 1, 5 mg, biotin - 0.15 mg.
Auxiliary components: hydrogenated vegetable oil, lecithin, soybean oil, white wax.

Zinc is an important trace element that is essential for the normal functioning and functionality of the body. It is a cofactor of a number of important enzymes of energy and carbohydrate-phosphorus metabolism, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, takes part in the conversion of glucose into energy, and helps to overcome depressive and stressful conditions. It is a part of more than 300 different enzymes, is an activator of metabolism, is involved in protein synthesis, the metabolism of calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin C.

Ziman contains no preservatives, chlorine-based solvents and other artificial additives. However, this remedy is not a drug, so you should consult your doctor before using it.
The supplement should not be taken simultaneously with dairy products and calcium supplements.
