Dentinox is a topical preparation with anesthetic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect, designed to reduce painful symptoms and gum inflammation during teething in children.

Release form and composition

  • Dental gel: homogeneous, greenish-yellow color, slightly opalescent, with a characteristic smell of menthol and chamomile (10 g each in aluminum tubes with an inner lacquer coating, in a cardboard box 1 tube);
  • Dental solution (10 ml in dropper bottles, 1 bottle in a box).

Active substances in 1 g of gel and 1 g of solution:

  • Chamomile flowers (tincture) - 150 mg;
  • Lidocaine hydrochloride - 3.4 mg;
  • Lauromacrogol 600 - 3.2 mg.

Excipients of the gel: disodium edetate, propylene glycol, carbomer, sorbitol, polysorbate 20, levomenthol, sodium saccharinate, sodium hydroxide, xylitol, purified water.

The mechanism of action of the solution and gel Dentinox is due to the effectiveness of the active components:

  • lidocaine: characterized by a local anesthetic effect; due to the optimally selected composition of Dentinox, the high efficiency of lidocaine is ensured even at its low concentration (0.34%), which is safe for use in pediatric practice;
  • lauromacrogol-600: also provides a local anesthetic effect, is well distributed over the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and increases the duration of the therapeutic effect of the drug;
  • tincture of chamomile flowers: has anti-inflammatory properties.
