Vasoserk is a histamine drug that improves the microcirculation of the labyrinth.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - tablets (15 pcs. In a blister, 2 packs in a cardboard box).
Active ingredient: betahistine dihydrochloride, its content in 1 tablet is 8 mg, 16 mg or 24 mg.
Indications for use
The use of Vasoserk is indicated for the treatment of pathologies of the vestibular apparatus:
- Meniere's disease;
- a syndrome characterized by dizziness, progressive hearing loss and / or tinnitus, including labyrinthine and vestibular disorders (headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, tinnitus and pain in the ears, hearing loss), labyrinthitis, dropsy of the inner ear labyrinth, vestibular neuritis, benign positional vertigo (including after neurosurgical interventions).
In addition, the drug is prescribed as part of the complex therapy of atherosclerosis of cerebral vessels, post-traumatic encephalopathy, vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
Contraindications
- pheochromocytoma;
- stage of exacerbation of gastric and duodenal ulcers;
- bronchial asthma;
- I trimester of pregnancy;
- period of breastfeeding;
- individual intolerance to betahistine.
