Bifistim is a biologically active food additive (BAA) containing inulin; is used as an additional source of probiotics (lacto- and bifidobacteria), prebiotics (oligofructose), vitamins (retinol, thiamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin, colecalciferol, tocopherol, niacin, biotin, ascorbic, pantothenic acids) and folic acid normalizes the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract, reduces the risk of developing dysbiosis and strengthens the immune system.
Release form and composition
- chewable tablets, 1 tablet - 2000 mg;
- powder in sachets / sachets / sticks containing a complex of bifidobacteria, maximally physiologically differentiated into three age groups: for children 1–3 years old - in an orange package, for children 3–12 years old - in a green package, for adults - in a blue package colors; in 1 sachet / sachet / stick - 2000 mg (10 or 30 pcs. in a cardboard box).
Composition:
- active ingredients: prebiotics (inulin, apple pectin, oligofructose), vitamins (A, B 1, B 2, B 3, B 5, B 6, B 7, B 9, B 12, C, D 3, E), probiotics (lyophilized cultures of bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium bifidum, in a total amount - 5x10 9 CFU);
- anti-caking agents (anti-caking agents): magnesium stearate (E 470), calcium hydrogen phosphate (E 341);
- peach or orange flavor.
Component properties
- bifidobacteria: natural biosorbents involved in the elimination of carcinogens, toxins, heavy metal salts, allergens; inhibit the development of pathogenic, conditionally pathogenic and putrefactive microflora, protecting the intestines from disease-causing processes and infections, normalize metabolism, reducing the risk of allergic reactions, take part in the synthesis and assimilation of vitamins, promote the synthesis of essential amino acids, immunoglobulins and complete digestion of food, improve the functioning of the lymphoid apparatus, activate the development of lymphocytes and macrophages, which ensure the resistance of the immune system to infections;
- lactobacilli: one of the most important types of lactic acid bacteria, symbionts that make up a significant part of the intestinal microflora; participate in the transformation of lactose and other carbohydrates into lactic acid, forming an acidic environment in the intestine that prevents the growth of pathogenic microflora, enhance metabolism, improve the synthesis of vitamins and hormones, and increase the body's nonspecific resistance;
- apple pectin: a prebiotic, a source of dietary fiber (a structural element of plant tissues that is practically not absorbed by the human digestive system), an enterosorbent that binds and removes toxins from the body, including heavy metal ions, and lowers cholesterol; fermented under the action of bifidobacteria and activates their reproduction, increases the acidity of the intestinal environment, increasing the suppression of pathogenic microflora;
- oligofructose and inulin: prebiotics, natural polysaccharides that improve digestion, ensure the growth of normal intestinal microflora, enhance immunity, lower cholesterol levels, improve calcium absorption;
- retinol (vitamin A): a fat-soluble vitamin, a powerful antioxidant involved in the regulation of protein synthesis and redox processes; necessary for the formation of dental and bone tissues, plays an important role in the normalization of metabolism, in the photochemical process of vision (photoreception, activity of the visual analyzer), protects against respiratory infections, influenza, colds, infections of the digestive tract and urinary tract, has a beneficial effect on the state of mucous membranes membranes and epithelium;
- thiamine (vitamin B 1): enters the body exclusively with food of plant and animal origin, does not accumulate in tissues and organs, therefore it is not toxic, localized mainly in skeletal muscles, as well as in the brain, heart, liver and kidneys; participates in the processes of metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, is necessary for normal growth and development of a person, supports the proper functioning of the nervous, cardiovascular and digestive systems;
- Riboflavin (vitamin B 2), one of the basic water-soluble vitamins, coenzymes (CoA) of many biochemical processes in the body; participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, accelerating metabolic processes, has a positive effect on the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract, is necessary for the formation of erythrocytes and antibodies, cellular respiration and cell growth;
- niacin (vitamin B 3): is present in oxidative reactions, in cholesterol metabolism, improving microcirculation and exerting a weak anticoagulant effect, increases the fibrinolytic activity of the blood, and exhibits detoxifying properties;
- pantothenic acid (vitamin B 5): plays an important role in the formation of antibodies, improves the regeneration of the mucous membranes, stimulates the intestines, is necessary for the absorption of other vitamins; participating in the metabolism of fatty acids, contributes to the normalization of lipid metabolism and activation of redox processes;
- pyridoxine (vitamin B 6): it is necessary in the exchange of amino acids, maintains hormonal and immune status, increases brain performance, has a beneficial effect on the central and peripheral nervous system, improves memory, increases mental and physical performance, strengthens the nervous system, helps to normalize the emotional background;
- biotin (vitamin B 7): stimulates the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora, participates in the synthesis of amino acids, fats, glycogen; extremely important for stabilizing blood sugar levels; improves the condition of hair, skin and nails due to the sulfur content;
- folic acid (vitamin B 9): a water-soluble vitamin synthesized by the microflora of the large intestine; actively participates in redox processes, in the regulation of the functions of the hematopoietic system, has an antianemic effect, has a positive effect on the functions of the digestive system, supports immunity, promotes the formation and normal functioning of leukocytes, is necessary during pregnancy for the normal development of the embryo, participates in the formation of nerve cells;
- cyanocobalamin (vitamin B 12): participates in amino acid synthesis, in the metabolism of purines, proteins, nucleic acids, accelerates metabolic processes, participates in the normalization of hematopoiesis, has a beneficial effect on the functions of the digestive and nervous systems;
- ascorbic acid (vitamin C): stimulates the body's defenses, strengthens blood vessels, skin and skeletal system;
- colecalciferol (vitamin D 3): stimulates and regulates the absorption of magnesium, calcium, phosphates from the intestines, thereby increasing their level in the blood, and improving the supply of dental and bone tissues with the necessary elements, ensuring normal growth and formation of skeletal bones, preventing the development of rickets, and in adults - osteoporosis (fragility of bones), accelerating the healing of fractures;
- tocopherol (vitamin E): one of the main antioxidant vitamins; takes part in tissue respiration, biosynthesis of erythrocytes, slows down the formation and growth of cholesterol plaques, normalizes blood clotting, is important for normal reproductive function, helps to improve male fertility and the regulation of the female menstrual cycle, is necessary for normal cellular nutrition of the embryo, regulates energy metabolism in muscle tissue, promoting the accumulation of glycogen, it improves the absorption of nutrients, including vitamin D, protects vitamin A from destruction in the body, normalizes the functioning of the nervous system and strengthens the immune system.
