- eye diseases of an inflammatory nature: uveitis, chorioretinitis, sympathetic iridocyclitis, central retinitis, herpes zoster of the eye, optic neuritis, retrobulbar neuritis;

- tumor diseases of the lymph nodes;

- soft tissue diseases: bursitis, synovitis, tendosynovitis;

- diseases of the hematopoietic system: idiopathic, thrombocytopenic and allergic purpura;

- adrenogenital syndrome;

- acute gouty arthritis;

- pemphigus;

- ulcerative colitis;

- nephrotic syndrome;

The dose of the drug depends on the type of disease and is divided into initial and maintenance. Rheumatic arthritis and rheumatic diseases: the initial dose is 1-2.5 mg, the maintenance dose is 0.5-1.5 mg;

Systemic lupus erythematosus: the initial dose is 4.0-5.0 mg, which is maintained as directed;

Asthma: the initial dose is 3.5-4.5 mg, maintained as directed;

Chronic bronchial asthma: the initial dose is 3.5 mg, the maintenance dose is 0.5-2.5 mg;

Pollen allergy: the initial dose is 1.5-2.5 mg, which is maintained as directed;

Inflammatory eye diseases: the initial dose is 2.5-4.5 mg, which is maintained as directed;
