Of all the technological processes known to the world that are used for cooking, only three are suitable for this type of food: stewing, baking and cooking. Large pieces of food, fresh fruits and vegetables with skin, solid food, tough meat, tendons, etc. can have a harmful mechanical effect. To make food soft enough, it needs to be stewed or cooked for a long time. For example, meat is best cooked in the oven or steamed.
A sparing diet for gastritis categorically prohibits the use of chemical irritants, which are various spices, salt, distillates, black coffee, strong broths, fried foods and meat sauces.
A prerequisite for observing the described diet is to avoid temperature irritants.
