Instructions for use Florenal
With keratoconjunctivitis, keratitis, as well as adenoviral conjunctivitis, the ointment is placed behind the eyelid three times a day at the beginning of treatment, and then twice a day (morning and evening). The duration of the application of the ointment depends on the severity of the eye damage. For superficial lesions, Florenal ointment is used according to the instructions from one to two weeks. With advanced stages of the disease, the ointment is used for at least one to two months. If there is no effect after ten days of use, alternative treatments are considered.
In case of a viral skin lesion, the ointment is applied to the affected areas under a bandage or by an open method two to three times a day for 10 to 15 days. In case of relapses of the disease, the course of treatment must be repeated.
According to the instructions, Florenal drops are instilled in the following way: the lower eyelid is pulled back, the drops are instilled and blinks for a short time. One drop is dripped into each eye up to six times a day. The most effective treatment is the combined effect of drops and ointment.
Using tweezers, eye films are placed in the space between the eyeball and the eyelid and the eye is held stationary for 30-60 seconds (until the film is wetted and the film transitions to an elastic state). The procedure is repeated about twice a day.
