Release form and composition
Dosage form - drops for oral administration, liquid of dark red-brown color, transparent, with a noticeable smell of valerian, during long-term storage, the formation of flakes is allowed. Available in 30 ml dark glass dropper bottles, 1 bottle in a cardboard box.
The active substances of Valerianahel drops are:
- Valeriana offiсinalis - 65 g;
- Humulus lupulus - 5 g;
- Hypericum perforatum - 5 g;
- Crataegus - 5 g;
- Melissa officinalis - 3 g;
- Avena sativa - 2 g;
- Chamomilla reсutita - 2 g;
- Acidum picrinicum - 10 g;
- Ammonium bromatum - 1 g;
- Kalium bromatum - 1 g;
- Natrium bromatum - 1 g.
The preparation contains ethanol (about 60% by volume) as an auxiliary component.

Instructions for the use of Valerianahel: method and dosage
Drops are taken orally 3 times a day one hour after, or half an hour before meals. Before use, the required dose of Valerianahel should be diluted in 100 ml of water.
A single dose for adults and adolescents from 12 years old is 15 drops (in the evening you can take 20 drops).
Recommended single doses of Valerianahel for children:
- from 6 to 12 years old - 10 drops;
- from 2 to 6 years old - 5 drops.
The duration of therapy is 3-4 weeks, on the recommendation of a doctor, a second course of treatment is possible.
