Piaskledin 300 is a herbal medicine that regulates metabolic processes in cartilaginous tissue, which has a symptomatic analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on joints.

Release form and composition

Dosage form - capsules: type I, with a cap and an opaque white body, marked "P 300"; content - brown paste (15 pcs. in blisters, 1 or 2 blisters in a cardboard box).

Active ingredients in 1 capsule:

According to the studies, Piaskledin 300 has a regenerating effect on cartilage by stimulating collagen synthesis in articular chondrocytes.

Properties of active ingredients - unsaponifiable compounds of avocado and soybean oils:

• an increase in the production of an inhibitor of an activator of plasminogenesis, which helps to reduce cartilage damage. The effect occurs indirectly through the stimulation of metalloproteinases and by direct influence on cartilage, as a result of which the degradation of proteoglycans is activated and the destruction of cartilage is prevented;
• increased collagen production and inhibition of the stimulating effect of IL-1 on collagenase synthesis;
• regulation of the synthesis of macromolecules of the intercellular substance of the articular cartilage, which stimulate the synthesis of macromolecules of hyaline cartilage and periodontal tissue, which prevents the loss of teeth;
• an increase in the action of transforming growth factor β ₁ (TGF) in chondrocytes, which has anabolic properties.
