Traumeel S is a complex homeopathic preparation with anti-inflammatory action, used in the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and post-traumatic conditions.

Traumeel C dosage form:

• homeopathic drops for oral administration: transparent colorless or light yellow, with the smell of ethanol (30 ml in dark glass dropper bottles, in a cardboard box 1 bottle);

Traumeel S is a multicomponent homeopathic remedy, the action of which is due to the active substances that make up its composition.

Indications for use

Traumeel S is prescribed for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of various organs and tissues (as part of complex therapy):

• diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including bursitis, periarthritis, tendovaginitis, epicondylitis, styloiditis;
• post-traumatic conditions (in particular, sprains, dislocations, edema of soft tissues after surgery).

The solution for intramuscular / periarticular administration is also prescribed for the treatment of arthrosis and bone fractures.

Contraindications

Absolute:

• tuberculosis;
• leukemia;
• collagenosis;
• multiple sclerosis;
• autoimmune diseases, including AIDS and HIV infection;
• lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, glucose-galactose malabsorption (tablets);
• age up to 3 years (ointment) or 12 years (tablets, drops, solution);
• individual intolerance to the components of the drug, including hypersensitivity to chamomile, yarrow, perennial daisy, marigold, mountain arnica, echinacea or other plants of the Asteraceae family.

Relative (diseases / conditions in the presence of which the appointment of Traumeel C requires caution):

• pregnancy and lactation;
• brain diseases, alcoholism, liver disease, traumatic brain injury (drops).

Instructions for use of Traumeel S: method and dosage

The simultaneous use of several dosage forms of Traumeel C is recommended (for example, drops or tablets together with injections and ointment).

Oral drops

Traumeel C is taken orally, preferably 15 minutes before meals. A single dose must first be diluted in 1 teaspoon of water, before swallowing the drug should be kept in the mouth for 1–2 minutes.

A single dose - 10 drops, with edema of soft tissues, it can be increased 3 times.

Frequency rate of taking Traumeel C - 3 times a day.

Duration of therapy:

• for post-traumatic conditions - 2 weeks or longer;

Lozenges
