Perfectil is a multivitamin preparation of combined composition containing plant components, micro- and macroelements.

Release form and composition

The preparation is produced in the form of capsules: hard gelatinous, brown, with a white Vitabiotics logo and a Ω sign on the lid and the Perfectil ^® inscription on the body; the contents of the capsules are a fine granular powder from yellowish-brown to brown interspersed with granules of light brown, white and reddish color, with a specific odor, size No. 0 (in packs of cardboard, 2 blisters each containing 15 capsules).

Active substances contained in 1 capsule:

• Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 0.0025 mg (100 IU)
• D-Alpha-Tocopheryl succinate - 42 mg, which corresponds to the content of α-tocopherol (vitamin E) - 40 mg;
• Ascorbic acid - 31.2 mg, which corresponds to the content of vitamin C - 30 mg;
• Thiamine mononitrate - 12 mg, which corresponds to 10 mg of vitamin B ₁;
• Vitamin B ₂ (Riboflavin) - 5 mg;
• Nicotinamide - 18 mg;
• Vitamin B ₆ (as pyridoxine chloride) - 20 mg;
• Folic acid - 0.5 mg;
• Vitamin B ₁₂ (Cyanocobalamin) - 0.009 mg;
• Biotin - 0.045 mg;
• Calcium pantothenate - 40 mg;
• Iron fumarate - 37.9 mg, which corresponds to 12 mg of iron;
• Magnesium oxide - 82.9 mg, which corresponds to 50 mg of magnesium;
• Zinc sulfate hydrate - 41.3 mg, which corresponds to 15 mg of zinc;
• Potassium iodide - 0.261 mg, which corresponds to 0.2 mg of iodine;
• Manganese sulfate hydrate - 6.15 mg, which corresponds to 2 mg of manganese;
• Copper sulfate hydrate - 5.6 mg, which corresponds to 2 mg of copper;
• Silicon dioxide - 6.4 mg, which corresponds to 3 mg of silicon;
• Chromium (Chelate complex 10%) - 0.05 mg;
• Sodium selenate - 0.24 mg, which corresponds to 0.1 mg of selenium;
• Cystine - 10 mg;
• Betacarotene - 5 mg;
• Para-aminobenzoic Acid (PABC) - 30 mg;
• Echinacea extract - 195 mg;
• Bardana extract (burdock) - 80 mg.

Auxiliary components: gelatin, titanium dioxide, purified water, iron dyes, black and red oxide.

Indications for use

Perfectil is used to treat severe deficiency of vitamins, micro- and macroelements in the following dermatological diseases and conditions:

• Increased fragility of nails;
• Change in hair structure;
• Dryness of the skin;
• Skin damage (abrasions, cuts, burns, etc.);
• Psoriasis;
• Dermatitis, incl. eczematous;
• Alopecia.

Contraindications

Perfectil is contraindicated for hypervitaminosis and known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug.

Method of administration and dosage

The multivitamin complex should be taken orally after meals (preferably) or during meals: swallow the capsules whole and drink 1 glass of water.

The standard course of treatment is to take 1 capsule per day for 30 days.

If the need arises, the doctor recommends repeated courses.

Side effects

Perfectil is usually well tolerated. In some cases, there is a possibility of developing allergic reactions.

special instructions

Due to the presence of iron in the composition of the preparation, stool can be stained black. This reaction is considered normal and is not a reason to stop treatment.

When taking Perfektil in high doses, the riboflavin contained in its composition stains the urine in a bright yellow color.

The multivitamin can be used during pregnancy and lactation.

In connection with the possible influence on the results, the drug should be canceled a few days before the following studies using the colorimetric method: determination of the content of inorganic phosphates, uric acid, creatinine and / or glucose in the blood and urine.

Drug interactions

There are no data on the possible pharmacokinetic interaction of Perfektil with other drugs and medicinal substances.
